Start by putting ice in a glass. Take lemongrass leaves, crush them to release their fragrance, and place them at the bottom. Gently add 5 cl of LIME, then 2 cl of fresh lemon juice. Then add 3 slices of lime and a zest of sweetness with 1.5 cl of cane syrup. Complete with a cascade of very cold sparkling water. Personalize the final touch by decorating the glass to your taste.
