Put some ice cubes in a glass to cool it.

In a shaker, put 5 cl of SPICED, then 2 cl of espresso coffee, 1 cl of vanilla syrup, 4 cl of passion fruit juice and the pulp of a passion fruit.

Mix in a shaker

empty the glass of its ice cubes

Pour the mixture into the glass, garnish with lemon zest and a slice of citrus fruit.

Enjoy as is or by adding a few drops of Angostura.
